Recommended Cooking Method: Boil 1.5 bowls of water (about 400cc), add the dried scallop noodles, and cook for about two minutes. Use chopsticks to loosen the noodles; no need for cold-water rinsing, and they’re ready to eat. Delicious as soup noodles or dry noodles.
